Decoupaged bottle

You all must be guessing what's this? well i have recycled breezer bottle
I have decoupaged it used tissue paper and matte mod podge

I loved the way these blooms came out. source of inspiration pinterest
Have rolled these fringes on chopsticks and used quilling tool to roll the fringes
