Colour Me #82

This week at Colour Me blog you have two colour swatches you can choose any one
FOr my card I used Calypso coral, night of navy and whisper white.  Here is my inspiration card for you.

I made this card using the sketch from CAS(E) this sketch #133. I used the Simon says stamp striped stencil and added distress inks I used picked raspberry, peacock feathers, mustard seeds and seedless preserves. I did a little masking while adding distress inks to get the colored strips and also tried to give a ombre look while coloring. Die cut the wishing sentiment twice and layered to add dimension. Added pretty pink posh gold star sequins.
The sentiment is continued inside of the card I stamped "you happy birthday".

Hello everyone, current challenge at Inkspirational challenge blog is anything goes with kraft and I made a card to link to this challenge. I used Simon says stamp desert storm cardstock for the front of my card stamped the leaf images from one with nature stamp set with dark chocolate ink. Colored the leaves with memento markers and copic markers. Die cut the sentiment twice and layered it to give a dimension and added foam tape to the banner which is the second part of the sentiment.

I have also second card to share which I made for the Wplus9 challenge - get sketchy with Joni. Here is my take on the sketch. I used the encouraging words stamp set for this card. I did a little while stamping so that I could have a white border in the between the circle patterns. Its a simple one layer card.

you color my world

Happy Monday Everyone, I have a new card which I made for the current Lawnscaping challenge - inspired by rainbow. For my card I used Lawn fawn you color my world stamp set and gansai tambi watercolors. I stamped the images on a watercolor cardstock in a rainbow fashion with jet black archival ink. After the ink dried I applied water and added colors in VIBGYOR sequence. Added glossy accents to the tip of the colored crayons. Mounted the watercolored panel on white cardbase using foam tape.

I used the sketch from the Sparkle and shine challenge ten. I used bright colors for my card today and used Pretty pink posh dies and sequins and Winnie and Walter's In bloom stamp set.
I first die cut the green strip with scallop stitched border also die cut the yellow banner. First glued the doily and then the green strip on the card base. Stamped the sentiment and mounted the banner with foam tape. White embossed the flowers and leaves added distress ink over it glue it. To finish the look of my card I added a few sequins. I am playing along with Curtain call inspiration challenge. I made a shaker card for this challenge. I used balloon die cut from Stamps of life.  Attached colored cardstock in the background to get the colored balloons at the front. Added foam tape and acetate sheet filled the balloons with Pretty pink posh gold star sequins and stuck the entire panel to the white card base. Stamped the sentiment in black ink and drew the strings with black pen.

My second card is for Lets get Pinspired #1 challenge at Deepti's blog. 

I loved the mood board and got inspired to create this card. I created the bold background using the Simon says stamp big scripty greeting stamp set. White embossed the flowers and leaves and added distress ink on it layered them at the front of the card base.

Pin sight challenge

Hello Monday, If you follow me on IG I have already shared this card there. I am writing this post here to link up my card to Essentials by Ellen July Pinsight challenge.  For my card I first inked the background using Simon says stamps stencil and chipped sapphire distress inks. I used Bohemian stamp set from Essentials by Ellen. White embossed the flowers and leaves on colored cardstock and hand cut them. Used and glue and foam tape to stick the flowers and leaves on my card base. Added a few Pretty pink posh patriotic day sequins. Stamped the sentiment in black ink. Here is the mood board

Addicted to CAS - Chevron

The new challenge is up at Addicted to CAS. The code word is "CHEVRON" 
Here is my card for inspiration. First white embossed the chevron pattern at the background added distress inks so that the colored portion peeks out from flower die cutting which I did on the front panel. Stamped the sentiment and a few sequins to finish my card.

Less in More and RIC challenges

I made a couple of cards this afternoon. My first card is for Less is More Challenge - One layer  Masculine card. I used MFT LJD Terrific ties stamp set. I used Hero arts shadow ink navy, pumpkin pie, tide pool, pale tomato to stamp the ties and stamped the sentiment in black ink.  Very clean and simple one layer card. I am also entering this card for Happy little stamper - CAS challenge - stamping

My second card is from Runway inspired #87 - Holly Fulton
Inspired by the colours and design I used Hero arts soft granite ink for the background. I used Justrite background stamp. I used MFT's corner dies and inked with shaded lilac distress ink. Silver embossed the sentiment at the centre of the vellum. Used glossy accents to stick everything together.

Hello beautiful!!

I have combined two challenges here. I used the sketch of CAS(E) this sketch #131 and colour swatch from Color throwdown #351 I used MFT's four corner dienamics and MFT's simply fab sayings for the sentiment. Used the picked raspberry and seedless preserve distress inks. Stamped the sentiment in black ink and  I followed the sketch and arranged the dies and black sequins.

Colour Me #80

This week Colour Me #80 is subtle colours. Here is my card for inspiration. I used  MFT's trendy triangles stamp set, washi pattern stamp set and Clearly besotted birthday stamp set for the sentiment.  Here is the colour swatch Hope to see your creations in the linky tool. Happy crafting!!

Photo inspiration challenge

There is new challenge at A blog named hero . Its a photo inspiration challenge  It's rainbows, and colors, and just all of the fun rolled up into one challenge!
Here is my take. I made a using Hero arts looped circle design pattern background stamp. I white embossed the background and did some watercolouring using the gansai tambi watercolours. Used May arts ribbon chevron pattern ribbon to tie the bow. The flower is from my stash. Used Winnie and Walter Hello die for the sentiment.  To finish the card I added a few Pretty pink posh sparkling clear sequins.

colourQ - 298

For my card today I have done repeated stamping in different colours. The colours are inspired from this week's ColourQ -298 colours swatch. I used Winnie and Walter precious stamp set and the sentiment is from Wplus9 doodle buds.  Also added some Pretty pink posh sparkling clear sequins. 
This card is a very clean and simple. I loved the way it turned out.

Color throwdown #350

Hi Everyone, I am sharing a card I made using the Color throwdown #350 colour swatch. For my card I used Neat and Tangles scandinavian flowers. I stamped the images and coloured with copic markers. The black strips on the left are stamped using the MFT's washi patterns  stamp set.  The sentiment is from the scandinavian stamp set. Here is the colour swatch

colour Me

This week's color scheme at Colour Me is bermuda bay, marina mist and neutral. I have done masking and used stencil, distress inks for my card. After adding the inks I shifted the stencil slightly to the left and drew the black lines inside the triangles.  Stamped the sentiment and added a few enamel drops.

Grunge butterfly

Today I have card to share I made for Inspirational challenge - grunge and CAS colours and sketch 
I used Wplus9 Inksplats and doodles stamp sets. I first stamped the ink splats in 3 colors. Die cut the butterfly using the Hero arts stamp n cut butterfly set alsoI layered the butterfly. Stamped the sentiment in black ink.

shabby chic card

This month our collaborating partner at A blog named hero is May Arts ribbon.They have very beautiful collection of ribbons go check them out.

I have tried a shabby chic card today. I used2.5 inch open weave burlap net, 5/8 inch adhesive rosettesand3/8 multi sized beaded stringfrom May Arts ribbon along with Hero Arts chevron background stamp and Stamp n cut butterfly set. 

I first white embossed the chevron pattern on a white cardstock and inked it with vintage photo distress ink also inked the adhesive rosettes. Arranged all the ribbons with the help of glue. Die cut the butterfly in white cardstock inked the edges and layered it with a vellum diecut butterfly which gives a look of a wood veneer. Added a couple of pearls at the centre of the butterfly. Stamped the sentiment on white piece of cardstock with black memento ink and inked the edges.
