celebrate!!

Today I have a card to share here which I made using CAS(E) this sketch #164 and a watercolour technique for Waffle flower challenge,
I colored thin strip of colors at the bottom using distress inks and water and stamped tribal borders with black ink I used Waffle flower tribal bear stamp set. The sentiment is from Concord and 9th stamp set.
